VE DAY THURSDAY 8 MAY 2025

This year is the 80th Anniversary of VE Day and this will be celebrated and commemorated in Croston on Thursday 8th May.

Led by the Cross, standards will process from St Michael and All Angels Church at 10.45am and assemble on the Village Green. It is hoped there will be the Piper.

The Union Flag will be raised and a service will take place. At 11.00am there will be a two minute silence, with the Last Post and proceedings finished by 11.05am.
