Precept Funded Tree Safety Risk Assessment on The Green

As part of our commitment to maintaining the safety of Parish Council owned areas in the village , the PC has funded a Tree Risk Assessment of The Green , Croston. This was conducted by a registered local arborist and will inform future works to trees  in that area. With  more frequent extreme weather , it is even more important that all trees in public areas do not present a risk to people using those spaces. 

The Green is in the Conservation Area of the village and therefore any PC sanctioned  works on the trees there is subject to Planning Restrictions which the PC will adhere to.
